Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

• Payment was successful but data was not delivered within 30 minutes during working hours.
• Duplicate payment occurred.
• A verified technical error occurred on our platform.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

• An incorrect phone number was provided.
• Data has already been successfully delivered.
• The request is made outside legitimate service failure.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
